"Precious Parts" as we like to call them, or "Tiny Treasures" and our beautiful "Watercolor Giclee paintings".

Our "Precious Parts" are a beautiful portrait that has several close up photos of your child- itty bitty small vignettes of their their tiny hands, feet, face, bottom, belly, ears, etc...

We combine these Black and White photos onto a composite with their name and a poem or saying of your choice. Or you can choose to have this in a beautiful frame that contains 9 images, with out their name. You can can also select from frames that contain 3 images, beautifully bound, matted and framed in a pewter, gold or black frame.

As a final touch, we encourage you to spend five or ten minutes of your time to write down a few thoughts — words of wisdom, hopes and dreams, or expressions of love — that can be attached to the back of your storyboard.

WaterColor Giclee Paintings.

Our beautiful Watercolor Giclee Portraits are a very unique product.The word Giclee is a french word describing a watercolor painting. A few select studios in the Country offer this type of portrait and we are proud to be one of them.

This is a marriage of photography and Art. Your portrait is custom worked in the computer by Dixie. It is a very tedious labor intensive project which turns your photograph into a soft stroked Painting. The finishing touch is that the image can either be bound on Artists Stretcher Canvas, or onto a beautiful texture watercolor art paper.

Either way, the finished effect is one of an Art Piece. Something that you will proudly display over a Fireplace Mantel, or fine piece of furniture. Your friends and family will be astounded when they see this fine portrait hanging in your home, and ask you whether it is a photograph or painting.

Dixie Dobbins, has won National and state awards from the Professional Photographers of America for her beautiful works of art.

Her patience and skill combine together to create a one of a kind portrait you will always treasure. This effect lends itself to any type of portrait, but it is particular pleasing for family portraits.
